I am one of the longest-serving hypnotherapists in Ireland. I am in private practice in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, Ireland, where I run The Mayo Hypnosis Clinic.
I am the creator of The Rapid Change Therapy (RCT) method, which I created in the 1990s. It is a fast and profound method of creating subconscious change. It is a revolutionary approach to subconscious transformation.
I have performed over 40,000 inductions and innovated many life-changing subconscious strategies. I have helped thousands of people over the decades create a life free from limiting habits and debilitating emotional problems. I also want to help you change YOUR life.
I created the "HypnoSlim" programme in 1995, the "Release Anxiety" programme in 1998, and Quit Smoking Without Willpower" in 2000. Those programmes are exclusive to Mayo Hypnosis Clinic and are among the most effective you will find anywhere.
